The relationship between the Client, the bank and Aspermont Capital can be described as a triangle.
The cooperation between the Client and Aspermont Capital (as an independent asset manager) is dealt with in the asset management agreement. The Client continues to have a banking relationship. While Aspermont Capital is responsible for the asset allocation and investment policy, the custodian bank is responsible for the execution, settlement and custody. Aspermont Capital works with a variety of leading Swiss banks.
